Smooth experience, clear outcomes

I placed a small amount on the Super Bowl winner market. The sign-up process was quick after using a referral link I found. Depositing funds with USDC was simple enough once my wallet was connected. The market clearly showed the odds and potential payouts. After the event, my winnings were credited promptly. I didn't need customer support, which is always a good sign. The platform's explanation of how prices are determined was helpful for understanding my trade better.

Always reliable for predictions

This is my third time using Polymarket, usually for crypto markets. This time I put some on the Federal Reserve interest rate market. Like before, the platform was stable, and my deposit went through without a hitch. It's consistent, which is why I keep coming back for these types of predictions.

Pretty fun, easy to get started

Decided to check out the Grammy winner predictions for fun. It was pretty easy to sign up and get my money in there. Connected my wallet, picked who I thought would win. The whole thing felt pretty chill, not complicated at all. Ended up losing, but hey, it was a good time trying.

Good market, easy to use

Bet on the 2024 Presidential Election winner. Interface was clean and making the trade was straightforward. Got my position locked in quickly. No issues with the platform itself.

Solid platform, minor UI tweak needed

I used Polymarket for the NBA Championship winner market. The overall trading experience was solid, and the market resolution was handled efficiently. Depositing funds was straightforward using USDC. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the market display on mobile could be a bit clearer, especially when many outcomes are listed. It's a small thing, but a little UI polish there would make it perfect. Still, a good platform for these kinds of predictions.

Good value with sign-up bonus

I was looking for a good place to try out prediction markets and found Polymarket. Signed up using an invite link and got a nice little bonus, which helped reduce the initial risk. I placed a bet on the Bitcoin price prediction. The trading fees seemed reasonable, especially with the bonus applied. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my first purchase here.

thinking about trying polymarket for the election stuff, but how does the sign-up bonus actually work? do I need a code or something?

A Amanda White 2 weeks ago
You don't need a code, it's usually just a special link. Someone has to refer you.

O Olivia Campbell 2 weeks ago
Exactly. Just find someone's referral link, click that, and sign up through it. That's how I got my little bonus when I joined.

hey is polymarket legit? like, can I actually trust putting money in there?

A Anthony M. 2 weeks ago
Yeah it's legit. Been using it for a while now, no issues with withdrawals or anything.

I was skeptical too, but it's pretty well-known. They use a decentralized system so it's not like one company holds all your funds directly, afaik.

Is polymarket available everywhere in the US? worried about legal stuff for my state.

R Rachel Hernandez 2 days ago
Nah, it's not. Pretty sure some states have restrictions. You'd have to check their site or something.

S Sofia P. 2 days ago
I know for a fact some states are blocked. You might need a VPN or something depending on where you are, but I wouldn't risk it if it's explicitly against their terms for your location.

how do people even deposit money on polymarket? is it like, regular credit card or crypto?

K Karen Flores 2 weeks ago
Mostly crypto, specifically USDC. You need a crypto wallet connected.

A Abigail Evans 1 week ago
Yeah, it's all crypto. You link your wallet, usually Metamask or something compatible, and fund it with USDC. No credit cards directly or anything like that.

Anyone tried both Polymarket and PredictIt? Wondering which is better for political markets.

R Robert P. 1 month ago
Polymarket has way more variety and usually better liquidity for big events. PredictIt feels a bit more limited sometimes.

J Jeff Rivera 1 month ago
I prefer Polymarket honestly. The markets are bigger, and the interface is cleaner. PredictIt felt kinda clunky to me after using Polymarket for a bit.

what happens if a market just... gets canceled? like an event is called off or something?

M Michelle R. 1 week ago
They have a policy for that. Usually, if it's canceled before resolution, everyone gets their money back.

J Jason B. 1 week ago
I had one event get canceled once. All my funds were returned to my wallet within a day or two. They're pretty good about it; not like your money just vanishes.
